  Good Timmy's. Personal experience has consistently been that dark roast tastes burnt most of the time. Could use some better training on making the coffee.

  The best staff and products - specifically this location makes the best iced capp's anywhere around - including any in Ottawa - so keep up the great work!!!!!

  Was at the store late Friday night. Service was VERY poor. Server gave service to a "customer" then left the counter to chat with said customer as it looked like they where good friends. Finally after a few minutes server asked another staff to serve us. NOT happy....will not stop there again.

  We use the drive thru 1 to 3 times daily. Service is mediocre after 3pm. Not the friendliest. Day staff are always on the ball...great service and best level of accuracy !!
